espressoDECK is a product and brand of Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd.

Please read our “Warranty Policy” and “Returns Policy” before placing an order and completing a purchase.

We make every effort to accurately record and describe the services and products available on this website by providing detailed information and images. However, it is possible and reasonable to have small variances. If you notice any error or discrepancy, please notify us for rectification.


Prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) – if applicable. Delivery, import customs duties and installation are excluded. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions and Industry Events

Occasionally, we may hold promotions and offers during industry events. These promotions will be valid for the period advertised or during the duration of the event and will end when the event concludes or while stocks last.

Standard Terms of Service

Confirmation of your espressoDECK order and estimated delivery time will be provided via email. A Tax Invoice will be issued, and a non-refundable 10% deposit is required to start production. Full payment must be received before dispatch or collection of your espressoDECK and within 14 days of completion. Otherwise, a holding fee may apply. Production times range from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the selected finish, and all sales are subject to stock availability.

Warranty Policy

All components and parts have been carefully selected to provide reliability and consistency and are of the highest standard. Your new espressoDECK comes with a 12-month parts warranty from the delivery date, and onsite labour is not included. Please notify us via phone or email before sending back any parts requiring replacement. Authorised back-to-base warranty items should be sent to Espresso Services Plus, Attn: Service Department, Unit 6/4 Hayes Street Balgowlah NSW 2093 Australia.

Return Policy

If a machine is damaged in transit, we must be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the delivery date. After receiving the machine, we will determine whether to replace or repair damaged items. All machines undergo extensive testing before delivery, and no refunds are offered.

Wholesale Terms

Wholesale prices are available only to resellers approved by Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd. As a reseller, you assume the responsibility to manage the sale, installation, training, maintenance, and warranty claims of your customers’ espressoDECK. Espresso Services Plus offers phone and email support, along with supplying spare parts.

Privacy Policy

Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd is committed to your privacy and protecting your information. If you have received an email from us, then your email address is publicly listed or listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or you have previously purchased or expressed interest in our products or services.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way to cease receiving emails from us or change your details. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. From time to time, we may use, without notice, remarketing/retargeting technology on our website to display advertisements for specific products and services to viewers who have visited specific pages on our website once they have left our site. Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd will not trade, sell, or share such personally identifiable information with any third parties unless we have been authorised by you or are required by law to do so.

Security and Protection of Personal Information

We have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect. Only authorised Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd personnel can access the secured personal information.

We can alter or add to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy anytime without notice.
